We are excited to provide all Balance2health members with access to a series of recorded Mat Pilates classes. Join our online classes to continue your practice over the holiday break.

Pilates Class with Alexia- No Props.

Join Alexia for an energising mat pilates flow. This class runs for 33 mins and is the perfect class to keep up your practice over the break or to add another class during the week. No props needed just a mat and you are ready.

Pilates Class with Alexia- Theraband/ small ball

Join Alexia for a Pilates mat class with a difference. Alexia will use the small ball and Theraband, to both assist and challenge with different tensions to enable deeper connections. Both props work well together adding variety and fun to popular traditional Pilates exercises. This class runs for approximately 44 mins and uses a Theraband and small soft ball. Suitable for all levels.

Pilates Mat Class with Alexia – Foam Roller

Join Alexia for a pilates class utilising the foam roller. Prepare to feel lengthened and connected as she guides you through this fun flow. You will need a mat and foam roller and space at home to move around. This video runs for approximately 54mins.

Pilates Mat Class with Lilly – Theraband

Join Lilly for a fun mat class using the theraband. Lilly will show you how the resistance of a theraband can help you find new connections and increase the intensity of mat exercises. This class runs for approximately 60mins and will include relaxation.

Pilates Mat Class with Lilly – Theraband / Foam Roller

Join Lilly for an open level mat class using the foam roller and theraband. This class runs for approximately 60mins and will include relaxation.

Pilates Mat Class with Lilly – Theraband / Foam Roller

Join Lilly for another open level mat class using the foam roller and theraband. This class runs for approximately 51 mins.

Pilates Mat Class with Alexia

Join Alexia for a restorative Pilates class. With a focus on lengthening and finding deeper connections, there will be a balance between challenge and release for your body. Basic Pilates mat exercises are included to maintain core strength with a specific focus on back health. Enjoy 10 minutes of relaxation, in which to practise mindfulness and breath awareness to assist with stress release. You will need a mat and space at home to stretch out. *This class runs for approximately 60 minutes.

Pilates Mat Class with Lilly

Join Lilly for an open level Pilates class. This class will focus on moving through the shoulders, hips and lower back. The perfect remedy for members who are working from home. Lilly includes relaxation at the end of the session for members who are missing this aspect of their practice. You will need a mat and space at home to stretch out. *This class runs for approximately 60 minutes.

Pilates Mat Class with Alex

Join Alex for an open level Pilates class. Alex will bring energy and good humour to ensure you challenge yourself for the whole class. You will need a mat and space at home to stretch out. Small hand weights, bottles or canned goods are optional but provide added challenge. *This class runs for approximately 45 minutes.
