SEMINAR: Five meals in under 20 minutes
Saturday 5 June 3.00pm – 4.30pm

One of the biggest complaints about home cooking is how much time it takes. At the end of a busy day it can be tempting to reach for the take-away menu.
In this session Kathryn will be working against the clock, showing you how to cook meals in under 20 minutes.
She’ll be demonstrating five meals which are healthy, nutritionally balanced, taste great and which can be cooked in less time than it takes for a home delivery to arrive. Don’t think it can be done? Come along and find out how.

If you’re a soup lover, then come along and get some new ideas.
SEMINAR: Mid week meals

Saturday 7 August 3.00pm – 4.30pm
Cost $25
Cooking at home is one of the best ways to ensure you’re eating a healthy diet. However, it’s easy to get stuck in a rut, repeating the same old recipes week-in and week-out. Alternatively in the rush of daily life food can get pushed to the bottom of the list – meaning you end up eating take-away. Are you fed up with this and want to find better ways to plan, prepare and eat healthy food? In this seminar Kathryn will talk about the basics to keep in your pantry, how to plan and cook for the week and some easy recipes you can incorporate into your routine.
SEMINAR: Five ingredients

Saturday 4 September 3.00pm – 4.30pm
Cost $25
Rather than spending your time buying, chopping and prepping loads of foods, find out what can be made from just five basic ingredients.
It may seem like boring cooking, but a lot can be done with just a few basic foods if you know how to get the best from each ingredient and simple ways of adding instant flavour to your meals.
During the session Kathryn will be talking about and demonstrating four different dinners, each using only five ingredients.
SEMINAR: Summer Salads

Saturday 2 October 3.00pm – 4.30pm
Cost $25
As the weather starts warming up, salads become a much more attractive meal choice. While they can be healthy and full of vegetables, salads can also be dull and bland.
In this seminar Kathryn will be exploring ways to make salads more interesting. She’ll be talking about different flavours, textures, easy dressings and how to make a salad into a satisfying meal.
If you’re after some easy meals which take minimal cooking, then this is the session for you.
SEMINAR: Cooking for One

Saturday 6 November 3.00pm – 4.30pm
Cost $25
If there’s just one or two of you at home, it can feel hard to get motivated to cook a proper meal in the evening. However no matter the size of your household, eating good food is fundamental to your health and wellbeing.
In this seminar Kathryn will be looking at tips and strategies for making it easier. She’ll talk about how to make smaller meals; use leftovers creatively; get motivated for cooking in the evening; and find healthy foods which can be cooked quickly.
