Pilates matwork classes

At Balance2health in Gladesville we offer small group Pilates classes, modified to suit all levels.

Pilates uses gentle muscle strengthening and lengthening movements to develop core stability and abdominal strength.

Suitable for all ages, Pilates is an innovative whole-of-body exercise that will:

  • improve posture and functional movement
  • reduce or eliminate back pain
  • correct spinal alignment
  • create body awareness
  • promote relaxation and awareness

At Balance2health in Gladesville, our Pilates class are suitable for teenagers through to older adults. If you’re recovering from injury, or simply want to develop strength and functional movement, Pilates is for you.

Our small group Pilates classes allow our Instructors to tailor each session to cater for a mix of levels. Term bookings are essential.

Fees Term 2 2012 10 week block 23 April – 30 June

The fees for Pilates matwork classes are charged per term and are non-refundable.

  • 1 class per week $180
  • 2 classes per week $324
  • 3 classes per week $465

Please note there is a 20% discount on 2nd and 3rd classes. New members can join during the term, paying the fee for the remaining weeks. Fees inclusive of GST.
