At Balance2health we firmly believe exercise is a fundamental part of a healthy life. As well as Pilates classes we therefore offer a Personal Training service.
Session styles
- General Fitness Circuit – cardio, strength & flexibility
- Strength – upper & lower body, core strengthening
- Flexibility – muscle lengthening, joint mobility, PNF stretching
- Back strengthening -upper and lower back release
- Rehabilitation – post injury or illness
- Pre and Post Natal
- Home exercise programming & goal setting
Motivation

Accountability plays an enormous part in our commitment to exercise.
Having a Personal Training appointment enhances that commitment. You get 100 percent attention from your trainer, guiding you safely through your exercise programme, while providing you with positive reinforcement and information, as you achieve your specific goals
Many clients at Balance2health and beyond, have already taken advantage of this service. Sessions have been tailored to meet specific goals, and also to educate the individual on how to continue to improve their level of fitness while at the same time learning how to prevent injury.
How many sessions are needed?
Personal Training can be used either on a regular basis, several times or just occasionally – for example when new fitness goals and extra motivation for exercise are required.
Current Prices – 30 minute sessions

- 1 session $45
- 2 sessions $80
- 3 sessions $120
- 4 sessions $158
- 5 sessions $198
- 6 sessions $238
Fee inclusive of GST.
Block bookings must be paid in advance. Missed sessions can be made up.
