At your personalised consultation our nutritionist – Kathryn Elliott – will examine the causes and effects of your current eating programme. She will then work with you to develop a more healthy nutrition plan, designed to suit your individual tastes, lifestyle and desired outcomes.

Group Weight Loss Meetings – $20 per week

Kathryn runs a five week group programme, concentrated on weight loss. With the Group Weight Loss Meetings, you’ll benefit from learning in a supportive, group environment. Moreover, unlike many programmes, you will also receive personalised attention from a qualified Nutritionist.

We’ll be focusing on practical ways to improve your energy levels and minimise food cravings; how to eat a balanced diet and lose weight; motivation and accountability; and how to make simple, healthy meals that help you lose weight

Standard Nutrition & Herbal Medicine Consultation – $90

Find out how the combination of nutrition and herbal medicine can improve your vitality; boost your energy levels and set you on the path of good health.

Includes: full health review; diet analysis; herbal medicine options; a practical and focussed plan that’s adapted to your health and lifestyle. First consultation 1 hour, further consultations 30 minutes

Cost: First consultation $90, further consultations $40

Quick Diet Review – $45

Find out how to deal with the downfalls in your diet. Whether it’s missing breakfast; crashing after lunch; dealing with sugar cravings; or the reassurance that you’re eating the right foods. If you’ve ever wanted to find out if you’re eating the right foods, but don’t want to commit to a long-term programme, then this is the plan for you.

Includes: 1×30 minute consultation

Easy & Healthy Family Meals – $90 or $110

Feel like you’re not feeding your family good, healthy meals, but too tired and busy to know what to do about it? Let Kathryn help you. You’ll come away with two weeks of dinner ideas; knowledge on how to make the meals you already prepare more healthy; and a comprehensive recipe book – full of simple and easy food ideas.

Bring along a friend and share the cost.

Includes: One meal planning session, two weeks of meal ideas adapted to your situation and family, a recipe book. For one person the consultation is 1 hour, for two people it’s 1.5 hours.

Cost: One person = $90, two people = $110

Kick-start your Weight Loss – $40/week for 4 weeks

If you’re trying to lose a few kilos before summer, but are struggling to get motivated, then this is the plan for you. Let Kathryn be your food coach. Over 4×30 minute weekly sessions you’ll discover what to eat to lose weight; portion sizes; how to deal with food cravings; and lose weight ready for summer.

Includes: 4×30 min consultations

Full Diet Analysis – $350

Are you eating the right foods for your health, body shape and health goals? This plan includes a full nutrient analysis of your diet. Find out if you’re getting the right balance of protein, carbohydrates and fat; eating enough vitamin containing foods; or whether there’s too much salt in your diet.

Includes: a full Nutrient Analysis of your diet; a comprehensive Diet Report, including key recommendations and an Action Plan showing where to start; a follow up consultation to review the report and recommendations – so you know what to do.

Includes: 1×1 hour consultation, Nutrient Analysis & Report, 1×45 min review consult.
