Healthy Cooking Classes

Regularly throughout the year our Nutritionist, Kathryn Elliott, runs Healthy Cooking Classes.

These sessions focus on easy ways to cook good food that tastes delicious and how to choose the best food for you and your family. They are practical and informative classes which focus on every day eating and shopping.

Cooking Class: One Pot Cooking

Sometimes cooking seems to involve so much washing up. For some recipes you need saucepans, bowls, implements, food processors, spoons, plates, cutlery, and even more saucepans. Which is all too much for a Tuesday night, when you’ve had a long day and you just want a healthy dinner.

However, it’s possible to make a delicious, interesting, easy and healthy meal using just one pan. In this cooking class Kathryn will look at ways to minimise the washing up and mess, and make one pot dinners. She’ll also demonstrate three different, balanced one pot meals, which you could make at home.
