Healthy Cooking Classes
Regularly throughout the year our Nutritionist, Kathryn Elliott, runs Healthy Cooking Classes. These sessions focus on easy ways to cook good food that tastes delicious. They are practical and informative classes, which focus on every day eating and shopping. Bookings can be made by contacting Kathryn by email.
Dinner in 20 Minutes
Saturday 6 April 10.30am – 12.00pm
How to make quick simple and delicious meals which are also healthy and don’t create mountains of washing up.
In this session Kathryn will be demonstrating how to make three meals, each in under 20 minutes.
She’ll also discuss strategies for streamlining your cooking and making it easier to eat well.

- Classes include: cooking demonstration, notes and recipes, tastings of the food and recipes discussed.
