2. Pilates classes

Spaces for new members or a second class for current members.

  • Monday 10.30am
  • Monday 12.30pm – Stretch class
  • Tuesday 10.30am
  • Wednesday 7.30pm

New members are welcome to join a class any time during the term. Members can book in for make-up classes provided there are vacancies. Make-up classes cannot be carried over to either holiday classes OR a new term.

3. Back strengthening series

  • Four class series on Mondays at 12.30pm, starting November 23
  • Dates: November 23 and 30, December 7 and 14
  • Fee: $64
