Add another Pilates Class

Did you know that vacancies in our weekly Pilates Classes, can be used by current Balance2health members who wish to add an extra class to their Pilates practice? If every now and then, you have the opportunity to add a second or third class during a week, just check the website. Scroll down to the section titled Make-up & Extra Classes and simply email Alexia to book in to one of the class vacancies on the list.

Practising Pilates more than once per week will greatly increase your Pilates skill and progress. Regular, consistent practice will improve mind-body connection and integrate the various Pilates principles, helping you to see results faster.

If you wish to book into a casual class every now and then, the cost is $16 per class. Members wishing to book into a second class at any stage during the Term, will receive a 20% discount on the fee for the remaining weeks.

Set a goal to improve your Pilates based fitness – core strength, muscle tone, posture and flexibility, by attending extra classes whenever possible. Be invigorated not exhausted during the busy weeks ahead leading up to Christmas!
