Cooking for one . . . or two
Posted by kathryn in Nutrition

Update: 2 new dates added – see below. Spaces are available in each session. Book early as numbers are limited.
If there’s just one or two of you at home, it can feel hard to get motivated to cook a proper meal in the evening. Instead many people fall back on take-away or toast.
However no matter the size of your family, eating good food is fundamental to your health and wellbeing. And it’s possible to make it easier.
In my latest seminar – Cooking for One or Two – I’ll be looking at tips and strategies for making it easier to eat well. Bring along a friend and join me at Balance2health for a glass of wine and some nibblies, while I run through easy and practical solutions.
We’ll talk about how to make smaller meals; use leftovers creatively; get motivated for cooking in the evening; and find healthy foods which can be cooked quickly.
