Welcome to the new Balance2health website – we hope you like our new home. This front page is going to act as a noticeboard – so we can keep you updated on our Pilates classes; what our massage therapists are doing: Kathryn’s latest eating tips; and Alexia’s thoughts on fitness.
Christmas is drawing ever closer and it’s a hectic time of year. We will be updating the website regularly over Christmas, if changes to our schedules occur – so check back in, to find out what’s happening at Balance2health.
Pilates Term Classes
- The current term of Pilates classes finishes on Saturday 20th December.
- Term 1 next year starts on Tuesday 27th January 2009
- Alexia is currently taking bookings for next year’s classes. At present there are only a few spaces left.

Holiday Pilates Classes
If you’re around in Sydney during the holidays and want to maintain your Pilates practice then we have a number of holiday classes scheduled.
- Tuesday 23 December 12.30pm
- Saturday 27 December 9.30am
- Tuesday 30 December 12.30pm
- Friday 16 January 11.00am
- Friday 23 January 11.00am
- Friday 23 January 12.30pm
- Saturday 24 January 9.30am

Holiday Opening Hours
- Kathryn will be available up until Friday 19th December and then she’s back in clinic on Tuesday. If you wish to make an appointment for before or after the new year, then you can contact Kathryn on 0410 412 431 or kathryn@balance2health.com.au
- Alexia will be available for Personal Training up until Wednesday 31 December and then after Friday 23 January 2009
- Greg will be available for Remedial Massage and Shiatsu Therapy over Christmas and New Year. So if you’re feeling stressed, or have been doing too much contact Greg for a treatment on 0418 660 159 or greg@balance2health.com.au.
